Peggy was a colleague for several years at the Regulations Section of the federal Department of Justice. Peggy was beautiful and very smart, with a lively sense of humour. I met her daughter Julia one time when Peggy brought her to the office. Julia was about four. Peggy introduced her by saying "this is my jewel".
