Very sorry for your loss. We will remember Doug a kind, happy guy,always willing to help, especially when it came to computers. I remember being on the phone with Doug for 4 hrs while he took remote control of our laptop to try and clean it up for us. He will be sadly missed.

We are so sorry to hear of Doug’s sudden passing and want to express our most sincere sympathies to the Sherk family during this difficult time. We at the Canada Border Services Agency had the privilege of working with Doug on License Plate Reader deployments for many years. Doug was a highly valuable and respected installer of the B&H deployment team. He made the days go by quickly with his great stories, reminiscing about his love for cooking, and endless love for his granddaughter. He will be greatly missed on deployments and everyone here at CBSA is very saddened by his passing. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with the Sherk family during this very difficult time.
