Lazar, Veronica:
Passed away peacefully in the company of her grandchildren and her daughter on Thursday, May 18th, 2017 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital at the age of 94.
Beloved wife of the late Florian. She will be missed by her daughter Cornelia, and grandchildren Bogdan, Nini, Alex, Florin, Anda, and Mirela. Predeceased by her parents Ioan and Maria Cornea, and her son Ionel.
Veronica's family will receive relatives and friends from 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 where a prayer service will be held from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Visitation to continue from 8:30 pm - 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 1:00 pm, followed by interment at 2:30 pm at Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
