Hillier, Randy Peter
Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at the age of 58.
Beloved husband of Doris (nee Hirmann). Loving father of Brandon (Katlyn) and Corey (Danielle). Proud Grandpa of Hailee. Beloved son of Joan and the late Bern Hillier, and son-in-law of John and Katy Hirmann. Dear brother of Kim (Brent Davidson), Tracey Hillier, Jamie Hillier (Tracy), and brother-in-law of Diane Homenick (Jason). Survived by his uncle Dick Hillier (Shirley). Fondly remembered by his nieces Chloe and Emma, nephews Joel, Adam, Ty, Bryan and extended family and friends. Special thanks to Cari at St. Mary's ICU for her compassionate care. Randy was a long-time employee of H&O Centerless Grinding. Cremation has taken place.
Randy's family will receive relatives and friends from 10-10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service in the Chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Diabetes Canada or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
