Splawnyk, Carl Sidney Terry
Passed away unexpectedly at St. Mary's Hospital on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the age of 37. Beloved son of Carol and the late Charles Splawnyk (2012). Proud father of Andrew. Loving brother of Tony and dear uncle of Danielle (Ryan), Charlie and Teala. Survived by his aunt Ella and uncles Larry, Mike (Nancy) and Jeff. Missed by cousins Kim (George), David (Tanya), Justin (Jen), Rick (Amy), Bernie (Brenda-Lee), Dwayne (Helen), and Calvin (Stephanie).
Carl's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2017 and from 12-12:45 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to SickKids Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
