Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mary Peters can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I remember sitting in your kitchen with your Mom while the rest of our gang watched the World Junior Hockey tournament in your living room.  Your Mom and I talked about lots of stuff that day, but I remember her telling me how lucky we all were to have such a great group of friends who obviously cared about each other, supported each other, and had fun together.  The Gold medal game went into shoot-outs that year and we went in to watch the final shots.  I don't even remember if Canada won or not, but I do remember watching your Mom watch you and the rest of us and I remember her smiling and I realized she was right.  We were very lucky to have such a great group of friends!

Your Mom was always welcoming and happy to see us, and I remember her fondly.  I am so sorry for your loss.
