Claydon, Sabrina (nee Schwarz):
Passed peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the age of 54. Beloved wife of Bob. Loving mother of Cody (Christina). Much loved grandma of Jackson, Olivia, Aubrey, and Ellis. Dear daughter of Viktor Schwarz and Herta Tubbecke. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters Silvia Vaillancourt, Elke Parkinson and Birgit Taylor, her mother-in-law and father-in-law Judy and Doug Claydon and brother-in-law Tim Claydon. Cremation has taken place.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lisaard House or the Parkinson Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
