Hager, Hella:
It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of our Omi, Hella, who passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 87.
Beloved wife of 64 years to the late Bruno (August 18, 2016). Loving Mother to Manfred (Susan), Christian, Ingrid (Ray) and Angie (Gary). Cherished Omi to Amanda (Charles), Lee Thomas (Tobi), Chris (Sarah), Ryan, Heather (Nathan), Laura (Kenzie), Michael (Courtney), Lindsay (Matt), Derek and 11 great-grandchildren. Survived by her sister Mariele (Jurgen Holzer) and family, sister-in-law Maria (Rudy Schneider) and family all of Germany, Elizabeth Crizer and family in the USA. Predeceased by her parents. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
