Passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the age of 61. Husband of Urszula, loving father of Wanda Costa and her husband Bryan. Cherished son of Czeslawa. He will be remembered by all his family and friends in Canada and Poland.
Zbyszek's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Monday, September 4, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers at the funeral home at 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 66 Shanley St., Kitchener, on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo. Reception to follow at the Polish Legion, 601 Wellington St N, Kitchener.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Centre of Addiction & Mental Health (CAMH) (https://www.supportcamh.ca/home) would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
