Campbell, David Richard (Rick)
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of family at Innisfree House on Friday, September 22, 2017 at the age of 69.
Beloved husband of Debbie (nee Dillman) Campbell for 52 years.
Loving father of Tina Marie Campbell (Floyd Holborn). Dear grandpa to Devan, Andrew, Avery and Miya.
Predeceased by son Rick Jr. (1997), his father Edwin and mother Leona and sister Carolyn.
Rick enjoyed 50 years in the trucking business 1964-2014.
Rick's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 6:30-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral service 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 in the chapel of the funeral home followed by a reception.
Tina was blessed with two little girls, the two girls became grandpa's very best friends in the world.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Innisfree House or The Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family, in lieu of flowers (cards available at the funeral home).
We would like to thank the Dr.'s and nursing staff at ICU 2nd floor and 5th floor at Grand River Hospital. Also to the Clinical Teaching Unit- 5 South and especially the wonderful people at the Innisfree House. Our family wants to thank all of our friends for their love and support at this very sad time.
