Passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by family on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the age of 71 after a courageous battle with neuroendocrine cancer.
Beloved husband of Sharon for 48 years.
Loving father of Kim (Jeff) Deline, Kelly (Brian) McNichol, and Chris (Karen) Laramie.
Cherished Papa of Connor, Cole and Griffin Deline, Jackson and Brooke McNichol, Dayaa and Laiklyn.
Brother of Robert (Christiane) and Ronald (Nancy).
Will be greatly missed by his extended family.
Predeceased by his parents, Carl and Wilda Laramie.
Richard's family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Carcinoid-NeuroEndocrine Tumour Society (CNETS) Canada would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
