The funeral ritual, too, is a public, traditional and symbolic means of expressing our beliefs, thoughts and feelings about the death of someone loved. Rich in history and rife with symbolism, the funeral ceremony helps us acknowledge the reality of the death, gives testimony to the life of the deceased, encourages the expression of grief in a way consistent with the culture’s values, provides support to mourners, allows for the embracing of faith and beliefs about life and death, and offers continuity and hope for the living. AferCare is a signature service which was developed by the Henry Walser Funeral Home. This service is provided to all our families; from those electing simple creamtion, memorial service, celebration of life and traditional full service funerals.

Music Accompaniment
We at the Henry Walser Funral Home, believe music can be an important part of the healing process to grief. We are fortunate to have very talented mucisians available for our families to accompany their loved one's funeral service. Place a Memorial Donation
Contributing to a selected organization or your charity of choice is a common form of expressions of sympanthy to the family. You may choose to make a donation in memory of a loved one at our front desk or through their tribute page in the Book of Memories.

Henry Walser Funeral Home is proud to support our local community, organizations and businesses. We do accept requests for in-kind donations.
